BlockYell.com is a product of Marketing Sur C.U.I.T. 30-71061320-2 (hereinafter called BlockYell). BlockYell is an enterprise with residence on Santa Fe, Argentina.
2 - Declaration of Good Practices
a). BlockYell warrants its users a confidential and secure service, protecting the privacy of communications and the personal data of its users
b). BlockYell fulfills with the current legislation all the way, and more specifically and just as examples, with which is arranged in the Law 25.326 and Prescribed Decree 1558/01, arranged by Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales
c). BlockYell abides by the normative arranged by the European Union Member States about Personal Data Protection, referring to the Comitee Decision of June 30 2003, with arrangement to the Directive 95/46/CE of the European Parlament and the Counsel about the adjustment of the protection of personal data in Argentina.

3 - Fulfillment of the normative about protection of personal data.
a). To effects on which is foreseen in the Law 25.326 and Prescribed Decree 1558/01, on Protection of Personal Data, Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (hereinafter called D.N.P.D.P.), BlockYell informs the user on the existence of an automated file of personal data created by BlockYell and named "BLOCKYELL", which has been subscribed on the D.N.P.D.P.
b). The data which the user provides to BlockYell, will be used for e-mail marketing. This information will be treated with the maximum privacy, confidenciality and security regarding the actual legislation.
4 - User consent
a). It will be understood that the user accepts the conditions established if he/she presses the button "ACCEPT" or "CONFIRM" which are displayed in the forms. Because of this, the fulfillment of our form supposes the user's consent to the automated treatment of the data regarding the privacy conditions of BlockYell
b). The information obtained is adequate, pertinent and not excessive in relation to the scope, the purposes and the determined, explicit and legitimate services provided by BlockYell. However, such consent can be revoked by the user whenever he wants, simply getting unsubscribed of BlockYell’s services.
5 - Cession of user's data
Users specifically accept that their data can be ceded to other organization that are in BlockYell's network of associates and to other entities such as marketing companies. The purpose of this data cession is to deliver offers of different products and services that might be of the user's interest.
6 - Right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

7 - Fullfillment of security measures
The personal data of our users are stored in a database property of BlockYell, which guarantees the adequate measures of technical and structural nature in order to assure the integrity and security of the personal data provided in accordance with the actual status of the technique.
